 Our mailbox services are perfect for the small business or law firm that needs a professional address to receive low to moderate volume of mail and parcels, and to take in-person client packages.


Special Handling

When you are expecting a package with special handling – perhaps it needs to be refrigerated, or perhaps it is of high value and should be secured in our server room after hours – let us know and we’ll make sure the package receives the attention it needs.

These are the questions we get asked from time to time, but this list isn’t by any means exhaustive. If you have any questions or concerns that aren’t covered here, please don’t hesitate to ask!

If I receive something like a check in the mail, can I get my mail forwarded that day, or do I have to wait for my forwarding interval to come?

We will be happy to send you your mail forwarding bundle anytime you like – just let us know. If it is close to your next forwarding date, we’ll skip the next one so you won’t get charged for forwarding virtually nothing to you. 

What happens if I stop using your mail services?

You will need to fill out the change of address form with the US Post Office. We will give a bit of grace period because we know how the post office can be . . . but after a couple of weeks we’ll start marking your mail as “no longer at this address” for pickup with our regular outgoing mail.

Can I have someone else pick up my mail?

Sure! You just need to let us know who that person is in advance, otherwise we won’t know to let them have it when they come in, and they will go away empty handed.

When can I come in to get my mail?

Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. We are often closed on holidays in which the courts are closed (which are most federal holidays), so you may want to call ahead to make sure we’ll be open if it’s a widely recognized holiday.

I’m expecting a package any day now. Can you let me know when it comes in?

We’ll be glad to let you know when your package arrives.

Is there always someone there to sign for my packages?

Yes. As long as our office is open, there will be someone here to sign for your packages. We will not, however, accept C.O.D. (“Cash on Delivery”) packages unless you have made arrangements with us in advance so that we have your payment to give to the carrier when they deliver it.
