When MoreLaw Minneapolis’ founder, Kimberly Hanlon, went into solo practice, she didn’t want to sacrifice credibility, camaraderie, convenience, or her budget to do it.

Each month, we have a free CLE and a free business building topic talk that’s open to all Twin Cities attorneys, whether part of our community or not.
Once per quarter, we have a free networking party for attorneys and legal professionals, as well. It’s a great opportunity to expand your referral network, not to mention your circle of friends.
Additionally, we periodically have special events, like a game night, or a meet and greet for a local leader, or an art exhibition.

Pricing
Our services come in three tiers – hourly (non-member), virtual office services, and physical office services. We also have additional services that members and non-members alike can use. The cliff notes version is below, but there’s much more info for you on the services page for each tier.
Hourly
Conference Room RentalHourly conference room rental includes wi-fi internet, phone, and coffee/tea service.
The boardroom rental also includes use of the flat screen monitor for presentations or video conferencing.
Anyone can use our hourly conference room rentals – we’ve hosted meetings for a medical device company, sales trainings, an ad agency, many media appearances, and lots of mediations (no surprise there).
We have discounted rates for half day and full day rentals, as well.

Virtual Office
Community MembershipVirtual office members are full members of our community and as such, must go through our application and interview process.
We have options for all levels of service needs, from the just-launched-solo to the firm with multiple partners working remotely.

Physical Office
Community MembershipOur physical offices come with all the services of our full virtual packages, plus some extra perks – in addition to a dedicated office space, of course.
We like for you to feel at home in your office, so if you buy the paint, we’ll have your office painted any color you want. We’ll even help you hang your pictures and diplomas on your walls.
We have a dog friendly and kid friendly office, and both your dogs and your kids are welcome to come to work with you, provided they are well behaved.
To have a physical office in our community, you must go through the application and interview process.

Mailbox Services
For AnyoneOur mailbox services include package acceptance and live reception drop off acceptance. Mail scanning and forwarding is available as an additional service, as well.

Minnesota Registered Agent Service
For Service of Process- Out of state businesses who register to do business in Minnesota must have a registered agent for service of process and official notices, and some local businesses also like to have those things handled by someone else. We act as a Minnesota registered agent for a flat fee of $99 per year.
- As your registered agent, we notify you the same day that we recieve something on your behalf. Since these items are important and time-sensitive, it is imperative that you let us know if your contact info changes during the year.
